Dark Eye Circles have four major causes:

1. Tear Troughs (Fat Degeneration)
2. Pigment Deposits / Hemoglobin Deposits
3. Muscle Eye Bags Throwing Shadows
4. Inherited Sunken Eye Ball Shape

If you have Allergic Rhinitis, or need to stay up late all the time, there will be more blood around the eye/nose area, hence more pigment deposits. If you belong or has fine lines and loosening eye bags, then Bionic Eye Cream is one of the effective choices.

3rd generation fruit acids PHA such as Gluconolactone and Lactobionic Acid has the advantage of 2nd generation fruit acids but less irritation; this includes better skin texture and moisturization. Vitamin E is one of the best known anti-aging factor. Vitamin K is one of the most effective dark color reducing skin care ingredients, and Pro-Vitamin A is one of the effective anti-wrinkle substance. Vitamin A can irritate, while the more expensive Pro-Vitamin A is less irritating.

It is rare to see so many useful things in one product for dark eye circles, as well as for eye puffiness. Apart from Peptides, which it doesnt have, it is good for most lower eye problems. It requires long term use. Pro-Vitamin A may cause irritation, although less so than Vitamin A. If you are looking for something for lower eye wrinkles only, use other products containing Peptides instead.
