About Shipping
We provide free shippings.
We ship locally and worldwide: Depending on our contract with manufacturers and distributors, some products can only be sold locally.
After we shipped the item, we will email you the shipping information.
Orders will be dispatched by Standard Shipping from Hong Kong within 2 business days or earlier (excluding weekends) after payment settled.
We deliver only to the PayPal OR Hong Kong registered account’s address, please ensure it is correct. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses.
Please make sure your PayPal address is correct.
Normally delivery time is 2-4 working days locally, 7-14 business days to US and Australia, and could be 3 to 8 weeks to other parts of the world depending on locality.
You can opt to receiving your item(s) faster by choosing Express shipping (at a higher shipping cost). If you do so a tracking number will be provided.
If items in your orders are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail.
As there are weight and cubage restrictions on local and international order, we are unable to offer you any discount for combined shipping for multiple items. For Hong kong clients, free standard shipping will be offered for net value of products (exclude shipping fee) equal or more than HKD$3000.

We try our utmost to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly dependent on local import and custom rules. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
Opps! Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for parcels shipped to the wrong address due to customer error:
If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact the buyer for further instructions. Additional shipping cost may ensue to resend to the correct address.
A refund of the purchase order minus shipping and handling plus 10% restocking fee is possible if the item is no longer wanted due to wrong address.
Payment
At the moment, Hong Kong Clients only accept payment by FPS or Bank in by cash (email us bank in slip). Overseas by PayPal, credit card payment via PayPal
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can set up your own PayPal account here OR pay as guest (no need open Paypal account). It is easy, simple and secure.

Import Tax
No sales tax is required. We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes or charges at the buyer's side. Please check with the customs at your side before buying.
If the order is refused due to customs tax and/or duty issues , refund is possible but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and administration fee of 15% of the total product purchase price.
